The gap is potential minus what the dealer actually sold. It is the number a territory manager takes into a quarterly review.
| Dealer | Territory | Class | Sales YTD | Prior year | Pipeline | Potential | Gap |

Click a dealer to open the full record — product lines, review ratings, objectives and notes. Class is yours to define; the demo uses 1, 2, 3 and Watch.
| Dealer | Sales growth | Quote quality | Install standard | Farmer follow-up | Stock & display | Training | Score |

Six measures, scored the same way for every dealer, every quarter. The point is not the score. It is that two territory managers rate the same thing the same way.
| Date | Dealer | Reviewed by | Objectives agreed | Next review |

Cattle numbers drive housing, housing drives rubber. Put the herd data in and the model gives each dealer a ceiling to be measured against.
| Territory | Cattle housed | Eligible sq ft | Annual potential | Sold YTD | Share |
|---|
Three inputs decide the whole model, and all three are yours: how much rubber a housed cow represents, what a square foot sells for installed, and how often it is replaced. Nothing here is assumed on your behalf.
Add dealers from a CSV (name, city, state, lat, lng) or by clicking a county. In a client build, Redline’s own dealer list and rep territories are loaded here.
Click any state or county to zoom in; the right-hand panel switches to that state\u2019s counties. Whole country takes you back.
County figures are real: USDA NASS 2022 Census of Agriculture via Quick Stats, inventory as of 31 December 2022, 3,060 counties. Counties NASS withholds to protect individual farms show empty \u2014 889 for beef cows, 1,548 for milk cows, 48 for all cattle. State view sums the published counties, so it runs below the official state totals by the withheld share; Wisconsin reconciles to 31 head. Boundaries are US Census via us-atlas. Pull them from USDA NASS To refresh after the 2027 Census, load a new Quick Stats county export and it replaces these figures.
| Quote | Dealer | Farm | Quoted | Stage | Expected close | Total | Weighted |
|---|
Every quote a dealer saves in the configurator lands here automatically in the real build. In the demo, drop the quote files in. Stage and expected close are what the dealer or territory manager keeps current — the forecast is only as honest as those two columns.
| Period | Quotes | Quoted $ | Ordered $ | Weighted forecast | Ordered as % of quoted |
|---|
Weighted forecast is each open quote’s total times the win rate for its stage, landed in the period of its expected close. Change the rates above and everything recalculates.
The rates start as placeholders. After two quarters of real quotes the dashboard has your actual conversion by stage and by dealer, and those replace the guesses. That is the point at which the forecast becomes yours rather than ours.
Nobody likes doing this by hand, which is why it usually does not get done. Here it is a by-product of dealers saving quotes.
